Mac Prep + Prime Beauty Balm UVA/UVB SPF 35 PA+++ is described as "a multi-function product that works as colour perfector, face primer, UV protector and hydrator for all skin types". For those who are not sure what BB Creams do, they are basically all-in-one products that act as moisturizer, foundation, and concealer. The consistency is thicker than foundation and coverage is medium to heavy.
Personally I would love to find a BB Cream that actually works on my sensitive skin. I've tried Misha but it broke me out so badly I'm scared to go near a BB Cream again. Hopefully MAC's is better.

I tried Missha BB cream and wasn't a fan of it. Light coverage and didnt really work as a 'blemish balm'. It was more like a tinted moisturizer x_x

Wow! Can't wait to see and try this one. I'm occasionally using BB Cream from Maybelline, but I'm not so much into it. I like my Myra E Tinted Moisturizer better as it covers well and stays longer than BB Cream.
MAC is releasing a BB Cream! I can't wait to see how it goes :)
Is it really effective? I haven't tried BB creams yet but heard a lot of good reviews from friends, so this MAC version will be a sure hit.
hmm..Im in KL now hun..i'm sure gonna check it on the MAC store..My temporary favorite BB cream is Lohashill , it does help a lot to my pimples tho :)

I like L'egere, I think the texture is nice and I have super sensitive and acne prone skin, but it does not break me out!

hey, never tried a bb cream, this will ONLY be sold at travel shops and duty free? I wonder why, never seen mac at duty frees around here.
This is exciting!! I received my Lioele BB cream today in the mail and it's been really good. The one I have is the L'gere waterdrop BB cream, which is a little watery compared to the Lioele one. But MAC! I wonder if I'll see it here? Or will it be in Asia or duty free stores?
Sounds good...or too good to be true. My skin is sensitive too, so I'm always a bit skeptical. But in a perfect world...
finding the perfect BB cream to suit your skin is quite daunting, so far the only one i like is L'egere. but this made me excited! Im definitely looking out for this! :)

LOL, having been born and bred in Asia, I honestly think BB creams are a huge scam. The way they have developed here in Asia now, they aren't much better than glorified foundations. I always feel so sad when girls jump on the BB cream trend without bothering to read the ingredients, because alot of them actually break people out! :X I hope MAC does a better job with the BB cream, I'm looking forward to it!

Sorry to hear you're allergic to BB creams! Are you allergic to SPF and sunscreen products? I'm wondering if you have the same allergies as me.
If you use the CG Smoky ShadowBlast alone, it creases. If you use it as a base, it definitely is worth it... hehe~

I've never tried any BB creams. Though I do love the MAC Prep and Prime face protect with SPF 50. It really helps my make up stick to my face, even when it's hot and sticky outside!

I love BB cream. I use it instead of a foundation because it has a really good coverage, whitens, contains spf, and can be bought at a really affordable price.
I have to get this! I actually use the Missha one & love it. Its also the only BB cream I've purchased as others I tested out were too runny. The MAC one is definitely worth checking out, can't wait to find it.

WWWHHHAAAAAAAATTT?!?! MAC is releasing a BB Cream?! CRAZYNESS!!! I doubt they'll have any of these in the states anytime soon though. {*BOO} And I doubt I'll be doing any major traveling so I guess I'll have to wait patiently. {*sigh}
I actually had the exact same experience with Missha. It didn't break me up TOO bad but it did break me out to the point where I stopped using it right away. I'm using a sample of Dr.G BB Cream right now. I'm loving it at the moment. I've used it twice and it hasn't caused any problems yet. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect BB Cream though. I think I like them a lot more than foundations. Foundations feel heavier and look cakey.

I love BB cream but the best has to be the BB cream from L'egere. It's light, great coverage, natural, not oily, and no break outs for my sensitive skin.
