Say Meow to Paul & Joe Fall 2010 Lipsticks

Wednesday, August 4, 2010

This fall can simply be described by one word: EXCITING.  Every single brand is coming out with new collections to get us back into the mood of fall colors.  Paul & Joe Beaute is no exception by introducing a creative, fresh, and new innovative idea of kitty lipsticks.  All three colors are right up my aisle as a neutral lover. I really give props to Paul & Joe Beaute for thinking out of the box with the lipstick design, although it'll be interesting to find out how to apply these without destroying the cat's ear. I don't know about you, but I've never seen kitty head lipsticks before so I'm definitely intrigued!

Paul & Joe’s NEW Lipstick C delicately designed a cat into the lipstick itself to incorporate Paul & Joe designer and creator, Sophie Albou’s, favorite animal.  This luscious Lipstick C is available in three head-turning shades, the perfect compliment to your autumn attire.  Packaged in adorable tubes inspired by Paul & Joe’s latest fashion collection, Lipstick C combines beautiful colors with a creamy texture.  Formulated with the perfect amount of Paul & Joe’s Secret D’or formula, combined with several select varieties of champagne gold frost, lips will glisten in the glow of midnight and appear soft with a highly translucent sparkle that lasts.

Although I am intrigued by this brand, that kitten head on the lipstick is a little weird to me.

even though a kittie head for the lipstick is indeed pretty weird, but i like it. :P

I think that it was a very daring act for P&J to do this and very unique. I try my best to get my hands on this. hehehe

As for P&J's other items, I have 3 of their blushes, 1 eyegloss, and 1 sample of the foundation primer. I love them all~

Kristie, what P&J items do you have? ^.^

Kristie said...

Hi Popcorn. Yes, daring indeed! I have the whitening lotion from P&J and I really like it.

P&J lipsticks are great (If you read my blog, you know that already!) But these kittie ones are really cute. I don't know if I would want to use them after I get them, haha^0^! I kind of just want to look at them.

Kristie said...

Hi Miss Nikka :) Paul & Joe can be purchased in many high end malls such as Lane Crawford in Asia. For US, only on line at Beautyhabit and a couple of other sites. They used to be at Sephora but not anymore.

That's so different... I've never seen anything like that before! I really like the purple and blue pattern on the lipstick packaging... those are two of my favorite colors. Great post! :)

I have to agree with a lot of others; as much as I love the packaging, the cathead is a bit weird for me. On another note, I can only see the first picture in your post, the rest are broken. Have a wonderful weekend! :)
